The Project
- Catostrophic electrical service due to 2 fires within several days of each other
- No power between 3rd floor and 25th floor
- Happened during winter, weather was 5 -10 degrees
- Keep the hotel running
The Result
- Temporarily restored power through mobile generators, 34,000 feet of temporary wiring and temporary penetrations
- Designed and installed new lighting and heating busways
- Re-energized hotel and closed out all temporay work, including removing wiring and fire sealing penetrations
- Project completed in 3 months
- Hotel remained functioning, saving business and money
